Shipping & Return Policy


In-stock merchandise will be processed within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.  Express delivery may be requested for an additional charge. A physical street address is required for delivery, as we do not ship to PO Boxes.

All custom or large items will require approval process through the store.

For any issues with orders, please email and provide your name and order number.



Merchandise must be returned within (14) calendar days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Once the return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval.  If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.
